Netiquette
Definition:
The rules of conduct for appropriate online manners are known as netiquette (a portmanteau of ‘net’ and ‘etiquette’).
Information:
Famous rules of conduct in the online arena, such as forums, emails, messages, are known as netiquette.
They essentially deal with how individuals interact with one another, although some of the netiquette problems fall in the technical field. Netiquette is the same as offline acceptable behavior; however, some technical and abstract details need to be kept in mind first.
So how are marketing and netiquette interlinked?
Dealing with one’s potential clientele demands that one has a suitable understanding of socially acceptable communication. In extreme cases, such as when using spam, one can be kicked out of the online community if one goes against the acceptable norms. Some forums, ISPs, search engines, and web hosts might also block users.
