Affiliate Merchant
Definition:
The marketer in a partnership of affiliate marketing.
Information:
Implementation of a sales tracking system, offering a collection of linkage approaches, inviting affiliates, recording outcomes, and affiliate remunerations are key responsibilities of an affiliate merchant. A few (or all) of the above activities might also be outsourced.
Affiliate merchants can monitor their in-house schemes by employing an affiliate software approach or a 3rd party affiliate partnership. The same rule (in-house or outsourcing) may also be applied to the daily activities of the scheme.
